More and more companies prefer to shift away from traditional classroom learning methods to the e-learning approach. Cost-effectiveness, time-effectiveness, availability of standard resources are only some of the benefits of this new era.

“Online-Trainer” program is organised by the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (AHK Azerbaijan) with support of the Programme "Business Scouts for Development" of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Programme

Modul

Kick-off

The participants get to know their colleagues and tutors. They get to know the learning platform and the virtual conference room from the participants' point of view. The course sequence is explained. The basics of planning learning processes and didactic methodological designs are presented.

Content

The participants learn which requirements are made on contents and to decide whether they should be created by themselves or bought in.

Learning management systems

The participants will learn the technical basics for dealing with learning management systems from a lecturer's perspective.

Communication and cooperation in virtual space

The participants get to know the synchronous and asynchronous means of communication. They learn how to support the learning processes with the means of online communication.

Develop a support concept and troubleshooting

The participants learn about the importance and necessity of participant support in learning processes. They get to know different concepts of care.

Evaluation

The participants learn about quality requirements and evaluation methods. They learn about the standards and quality criteria for evaluations.

Completion and test

The participants present the overall concepts they have developed in the course of the final presentations.

The program comprises a total of 60 hours of learning time, of which 20 hours are spent online in 14 face-to-face sessions.

Certificate and trainers

After completing the course, you will receive an AHK certificate valid in more than 91 countries, where the AHK is present.

AHK Azerbaijan offers a highly experienced trainer and consultant pool. All consultants have international experience with a wide variety of organizations.

Course date and fees

The course is offered in Azerbaijani for the first time. Basic teaching material is provided in Azerbaijani.

Further teaching material is available in English.

Access to an online portal will be provided to selected participants.

The participation fee is 500 AZN plus VAT.

The price includes the complete learning materials as well as the issuance of the AHK certificate upon successful participation.

The participation fee has to be paid for begin of training module.

Requirements and registration

The prerequisite for participation is a command of the Azerbaijani language. A command of the English language is an advantage.

Target groups of the course are:

Interested trainers, lecturers and speakers from companies and educational institutions. The participants have different computer skills and media competence and want to work as online trainers in the future.

The participants can come from different areas of expertise (IT/EDP, accounting, marketing, human resources, etc.) What they have in common is that their profession is teaching (and learning) and they therefore have skills for self-directed learning.

All participants will be preselected. Participation is only possible after confirmation.
