Mr Rufat Sadigov has been appointed a new Chairman of the ICT Working Group of AHK Azerbaijan. He has been holding a position of the Corporate Sales Director at Azercell since August 2016. Mr Sadigov is a specialised expert in building and managing high-performance sales, marketing teams and in developing creative business strategies. During his term in Oracle as a Sales Manager, he gained broad experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud platform sales and channel programme development.
Furthermore, Mr Sadigov has closely worked on the launch of 3G services and Azerfon-Vodafone brand in Azerbaijan. As a Sales Director of Azerfon, he built the distribution channel by securing agreements with strategic partners.
He holds two Master's Degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from the Manchester Business School and from the Azerbaijan State Economic University respectively.
