On February 29, 2024, the LEF Network Azerbaijan Interreg Central Baltic Program project and AHK Azerbaijan hosted a webinar titled "Development of Green Technologies in Azerbaijan" via Zoom.

The webinar aimed to shed light on sustainable practices and progress in the field of green technologies in Azerbaijan. During the event, experts and key stakeholders from different sectors presented on water and wastewater management policies, renewable energy and the development of Azerbaijan's land and sea transportation network. For example, water and wastewater management in Azerbaijan and the SDGs were addressed and placed in the context of current technological developments.

Interactive Q&A sessions gave participants the opportunity to interact with the speakers and discuss the topics in greater depth. As a result, cooperation opportunities for companies and organisations from Latvia, Estonia and Finland in the fields of energy, green technologies, logistics, transport water and wastewater could have been successfully elaborated.
